I'm a big believer in nutritional supplements. My 3 1/2 year old son, Zak, has never had an ear infection. He (knock on a lot of wood) has never had a serious childhood flu or cold. He is above the 100% percentile for height and as he approaches four-years old, he sleeps nearly 11 hours a night and still takes a two-hour nap during the day. There could be countless reasons for our blessings and good luck, but I can’t help but think that our approach to nutrition and the supplements he receives have helped increase the odds that he remains in good health.
